Testing, testing... is this thing on?

I know. I have been MIA. I have no good excuses. Just me, doing my, I feel kinda crappy and want to stay inside where it is warm bit (and that whole horrible tragedy concerning Japan.. just tear my heart out why don't you!). But, rest assured, I am here... and spring is in the air.

I have a group art show next month with a couple ultra talented local ladies. Tanna Lee Hill, who happens to be a rock star tattooist! And, Amber Noel Parsons, a talented painter and amazing sculptor. I am excited and honored to be a part of something like this. So I am busy getting ready and also trying to get some health issues under control. I hope you are all safe, warm and happy wherever you are. I will be getting a new phone soon... and hopefully I can blog more on the run!!!... there it is promises, promises....oh my,  Honestly, I am going back and forth on my goals... where I want to be as an artist... do I want to start writing again... but wait I have a family... lets try to balance here Carrie.... humpf... chalk it up to winter blues and lack of confidence. I'll get over it. Do you ever go through these cycles? It is really annoying isn't it? I'll try not to think out loud again.... sorry. ;)

Hello lovely Carrie, its great to have you back! Everyone goes through those thoughts and feelings, as you say winter blues - but spring is here & you have talent oozing out of you, I hope you feel back to yourself soon.
There is never enough time for everything when you have a family,I think we all have to learn to snatch ten minutes here and there to get let some creativeness flow!

It's good to have you back, Carrie. :) I think finding balance is definitely the hardest. There just never seems to be enough time in the day - I truly need a 48-hour day!!!! Take care! Theresa
