Serpentina was really nothing to be afraid of. She had lovely scales and dreamy eyes. She never hissed at anyone. With only a small bird using her as a perch for just a little while until she too will fly away. So why is everyone so afraid of her? After all she was the one who had been charmed by all the beauty around her.

I agree, she is far too pretty to be scary and if a little bird can perch with her for a while I'm sure we can too. Absolutely lovely work.
Hi Carrie, i had a horrible day at work, a parent shouted at me because their child didn't learn to knit in an hour, and because i am too soft it upset me....
BUT! your work makes me smile, and now i feel better. I think i want to perch on her for a while.
